Firstly I finally got my blog to behave, so that's why you all recieved multiple entries today, I just sripped everything out and put it back and it all seems to be working fine, believe me Blogger Help or Blogger Groups are not very helpful at all(understatement) so I think the best idea would be to pool our information and add it to magic smoke, in these early stages I think we all need some help as were losing JLanders simply because they are unable to get along with the new blog platform, which is unfair as I have mentioned before Journals/blogs are a lifeline to many, and just because AOL no longer wants our buisness, there is no reason why our community can't thrive here.
A quiet day today except I had two lovely phone calls with Jeannette(outside looking in) and Jan from (Serendipity) what smashing ladies they are, and it was a pleasure to have a natter. Anyway that's it for now I'm going to watch Judge Judy on YouTube...lol

I agree my friend. People do seem to be giving up and disappearing. It seems like just a group post regularly. It is a great shame. Blogger do not give the support we had when we were in J-Land. I think giving tips would be a great idea and Magic Smoke would be able to best platform but we would have to post through Guido. It is a pity we cannot have open journals on here where anyone can post.
I so enjoyed our telephone conversation today, you cheered me up no end. I shall have to watch my phonebill but I will try and remember to add you to friends and family, that will save money. Nice to know that you are not all that far away.
I tried that site again but it still would not let me register. I wonder how long it is going to be like that?

I agree with you Yasmin ~ I'm worried that I will lose contact completely with certain people...they are rather intimidated with Blogger, I was also initially! I kind of have gotten a handle on it though I have lots to learn still.
Glad you had your phone calls :) It makes life nice doesn't it to know your thought of! Me? I hate the phone ROFL ~ I never awnser it at home and I only use my cell phone if I really have to or to talk to Cindy :o)

I was so excited to see you in my google reader! This place is on the cold side and sort of impersonal. I think people are having problems not getting alerts and aren't used to using the dashboard or google reader. I just hope the community spirit will build up again. I've gotten most of my help from other "AOL refugees." Good to see you fixed and sorted.

Judge Judy??? Oh Lordy! I too am having trouble with posting extra photo's, when I go into preview my blog, they are there, but in reality, they aint! I'm not too keen on ournew home, but where do ya go ha? I noticed, you got your weather lady up and running, I tried to tranfere my weather boy yesterday but no can do. How did you do it?

Yasmin, I'm getting your updates now, so all seems to be working well!
I also hope people will continue to try to learn Blogger. I've exchanged a few emails with readers wanting to do something but not knowing how, and I've tried to help if I can. I encourage anyone having difficulties to email someone and ask--everyone is willing to help, and will do so if they're able!
